Following on from the success we had at the NORA and MARA awards in 2012, 4MAT are excited to announce this trend has continued into 2013 with the OnRec Awards.
4MAT have been nominated for the Technical Innovation Award with our clients represented amongst the finalists too. The shortlist recognises 4MAT’s launch of a mobile recruitment website solution which has been a popular addition to our digital services.
The mobile website can be fully integrated with our desktop websites, campaign microsites and Facebook recruitment sites allowing management of recruitment marketing activities from one platform.
Npower have been nominated for Best Corporate Use of Online Recruitment. Their website and direct hire strategy has saved them £2.4 million in the first year after go live.
Fircroft has been shortlisted for the Best Use of Online Recruitment by a Recruitment Agency. The website and the range of online marketing activities used have been fundamental to the company’s growth.
The Graduate Recruitment Company have also been shortlisted for the Best Use of Online Recruitment by a Recruitment Agency. In the last year the website has demonstrated ROI with 8.5% of the total web traffic completing a registration, application or contacting a recruiter. This is supported with effective use of Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter to generate candidate interest.
