247recruit Launch Leisure Industry Video Zone At National Careers Event

Niche job board network 247recruit launched a new leisure industry video zone at the Careers in Sport Leisure event last week. This launch came the day after 247recruit were announced as the winners of the Best Technical Innovation award for niche sites at the Onrec.com Awards Ceremony in London. This award recognised their innovative integration of video into job listings on their network of specialist sites.
The new video zone is located on Leisurework.com and it includes some specially commissioned short films that show candidates what it's really like to work at specific roles within the leisure industry. The films combine fly on the wall footage with behind the scenes interviews from sports coaches, fitness instructors, customer services staff and centre managers. The zone also features video profiles from a wide range of employers including The O2, LA Fitness, Guildford Spectrum and Canvas Holidays.
247recruit Managing Director, Andrew Bird, was delighted with the feedback from candidates at the launch:
