The Professional Representation Network (PRN) has reached a key milestone: 10,000 individual contractors worldwide are now Associates, able to access a range of extended professional services. The milestone is significant for recruitment agencies, because they play a pivotal role within the PRN model.
Originally launched in the US, the network recognised two basic facts: first, that contractors often lack the kind of support that other professionals take for granted; and second, that recruitment agencies occupy the ideal position to plug the gap.
