hyphen, the leading recruitment process outsourcer (RPO), has promoted Zain Wadee to Managing Director. Zain will take over from Neil Jones, who is taking up another position within the Adecco Group in the Asia Pacific region.
Having worked for hyphen for four years, Zain has played a key role in delivering growth from hyphen’s long-standing customer base and also in developing new business with organisations such as Aviva, Nokia and Virgin Media.
Prior to joining hyphen, Zain held senior roles within the RPO and MSP arenas with Adecco and Elan.
With over 15 years of experience in the staffing sector, Zain has a proven track record of designing, implementing and running bespoke recruitment solutions across a range of industry sectors and geographies.
Further to Zain’s promotion, Adrian Cross will step into a newly-created position of Chief Operating Officer for hyphen.
As hyphen’s fourth employee, Adrian has been with the business since 2001, fulfilling a number of key roles within the company, taking it from a start up business to a market-leading force. Adrian has been pivotal to driving operational excellence and product expansion, through a commitment to client-focused service delivery.
