Xchangeteam, the UK’s leading independent recruiter across Marketing, Media and Communications, continues its successful expansion. Staying ahead of industry developments despite a somewhat unpredictable economic outlook, the company has increased its headcount across every sector over the summer as it seeks to strengthen its client and candidate offering. The successful launch of Xchangeteam’s South West Office and its specialist Technical division over the last year has consolidated the company’s growth across niche markets. In addition, Xchangeteam’s Media team has capitalised on the recent rise in advertising spend and increased its headcount by hiring a broadcast media specialist. The PR & Communications team continues to go from strength to strength with the addition of two new agents, one of whom specialises in public sector recruitment, further demonstrating Xchangeteam’s solid foothold in this sector.
Since May this year Xchangeteam has hired:
- Faye Stockley – media team: With over seven years’ experience recruiting in the media, broadcast and digital arenas, Faye will be recruiting roles across on-air, online, mobile, OOH, on the ground and print media.
- Jennifer Baldwin – technical team: With five years’ recruitment experience, Jennifer will be specialising in recruiting technical positions across the whole of Xchangeteam’s client base, including developers, digital project managers, informational architects and SEO specialists.
- Damien Bell - PR & communications team: With five years’ recruitment experience, Damien will be specialising in recruiting within Technology PR, across B2B and B2C, agency and client-side.
- Fiona Craig – PR & communications team: With three years of public sector/not-for-profit recruitment experience and over eight years as a PR practitioner in the not-for-profit industry, Fiona will be specialising in recruiting for freelance and permanent roles across the whole of the public sector, from charity to trade associations, government and education.
- Lizzie Bewick – client-side marketing & events team: With an early background in legal recruitment and six years as a marketing and communications manager for SpinVox, Lizzie will specialise in freelance and permanent marketing/events roles in the technology, mobile and telecoms space.
- Victoria Dillingham – editorial team: With a news journalist background and four years’ recruitment experience, Victoria will be recruiting journalists, online writers, copywriters, web-editors, sub-editors, proofreaders, and producers across creative and integrated agencies, media companies, retailers, finance companies and corporates.
- Lucy Buckingham – creative team: With experience of running her own recruitment business and nine years working with Media Owners, Digital and Broadcast clients, Lucy will be recruiting across the creative sector specialising in designers of all levels with digital, brand comms, corp. ID, packaging, 2D, 3D, POS, retail, agency and client-side.
- Christina Gyles – South West office: With a background in IT recruitment resourcing, Christina will be supporting the continued rapid growth of the South West region by sourcing excellent candidates for the team.
