Human Capital Consultancy True North has boosted its Managed Services team with the recent appointments of Paul Speller and Tony Morley as Resource Consultants.


Both have significant recruitment experience within their respective fields


Paul Speller


Paul’s career in recruitment began over 7 years ago during which time he has recruited across a variety different markets but his main focus has been the IT sector recruiting both contract and permanent roles.


Paul worked as a Key Account Consultant for TfL on their entire base of contract IT positions, and also was Account Consultant for IBM in Germany the Netherlands and Belgium recruiting all IT consultants on a contract basis, providing all Technical Language speakers of the desired country. Paul previously worked for Advantage Technical


Tom Morley


Tom has been in recruitment for over 10 years. Starting as a graduate and growing his career as a technical recruiter he has been involved in both Resourcing and Account Management. He also has previous RPO experience based onsite at a client. His background has been in engineering, IT and rail. He too worked previously for Advantage Technical
