Oil and gas recruitment specialist Infinity Resources International has appointed three new directors as part of its strategy to grow the business globally.
Martin Finnie joins Infinity Resources as Chief Executive Officer after leading a £20m-turnover energy recruitment business for the past 4 years.
Experienced global recruitment manager Debbie McFarlane takes on the role of Executive Vice-President Business Development and Alan Golightly, previously a recruitment manager with a global oil and gas recruitment company, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer.
Martin Finnie said: “We have assembled an experienced team that has specialist knowledge of the oil and gas sector to deliver a service that exceeds expectations for clients and contractors.
“We specialise in oil and gas and have an incredibly strong understanding of that sector across a range of disciplines including topsides, drilling and subsea. We expect to add further recruitment talent to the team as we look to broaden our client base not only in the North Sea, but in all oil producing areas.”
Martin Finnie led a successful firm delivering recruitment solutions to international companies, while Alan Golightly is an experienced operations manager in the North Sea and international recruitment market.
Debbie McFarlane, who has extensive experience and a wealth of contacts in oil and gas, was involved in the management buy-out of a global recruitment specialist and the formation of another recruitment firm, which was later acquired by an international company.
