Right Management has bolstered its talent management team with the appointment of Mary-Rose Lines as Principal Consultant.
Lines joins Right Management from DDI and brings over 15 years of consulting and coaching practice to the company. Lines’ extensive experience of talent assessment and leadership development, in addition to a strong business understanding and commercial awareness, has helped hundreds of clients develop and align their people strategy with their business goals.
In keeping with Right Management’s aim to develop a more balanced presence across the UK, Lines will be based out of the company’s Birmingham office.
The appointment of Lines follows the promotion of Sue Roffey-Jones to Managing Principal Consultant. Roffey-Jones who joined Right Management in January 2009 has worked in the talent management field for over 20 years and has delivered leadership development solutions, talent management strategies and individual development programmes both in the public and private sector.
