Resource Solutions appoints new Chief Technology Officer to drive digital innovation

Resource Solutions, the leading international provider of workforce and advisory solutions and part of the Robert Walters Group, is today announcing the appointment of Rory Jeffcock as its new Chief Technology Officer.

In his new role, Rory will lead on integrating technology solutions throughout Resource Solutions’ Operations teams and client services globally. He will provide thought leadership on upcoming IT trends and competitor developments and drive forward the business’s data capabilities. He joins the Global Leadership Team and will work closely with senior colleagues to ensure the business’s innovation and advisory divisions work hand in hand to continue to deliver connected and seamless solutions for clients.

Rory has over 24 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, including as Operations Director at Resource Solutions between 2017 and 2019. Over the past few years, Rory led a specialist digital RPO/MSP provider and was instrumental in running numerous operations and sales teams across the industry – his unique and innovative approach led to numerous industry firsts in client sectors and technology partnerships.
