Specialist ICT recruiter Penta Consulting has appointed Andrew Crouch to its board of directors.
Andy, who has headed up the Perm Telecommunication Division for the last 18 months, joined Penta in 2001 as a trainee consultant. Within two years he was promoted to a senior consultant and has played a significant role in establishing Penta’s permanent placement business which now accounts for around 30% of its overall business.

During my ten years with the company I have enjoyed working with various different teams across the business and my promotion reflects the drive and ambition of the global team I am currently leading.
