Alexander Mann Solutions, the world’s leading provider of talent acquisition and management solutions, announced today that Penny Queller has joined the company as SVP Solution Sales, Americas. Penny joins from The Bartech Group, where she was SVP of Global Solutions and Services

In her new role, she’ll be responsible for driving our increased market penetration, expansion strategy and service delivery in the region. And as a member of our global leadership team, she will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization as it expands its footprint in the Americas.”
In addition to being a sales and delivery leader during her career, Penny is also a recognized thought leader in the talent acquisition and management profession. She is frequently interviewed by media, and speaks on talent issues at conferences around the world.

Penny’s appointment builds on a significant investment in the company’s regional delivery capability, which saw Americas staff grow by 41 percent in 2014 to support client demand.
