Graduate recruitment specialist Milkround Online has appointed Rachel Johnson as Sales Manager.
Rachel will co-ordinate all Milkround Online commercial activity which includes managing the accounts of the employers on the UK’s most widely-used graduate recruitment website Milkround.com. She will also oversee the roll-out of the new Milkround Application Tracking System of best-in-class recruitment tools and input into product development from a commercial perspective on the management team.
Rachel has been promoted from Head of New Sales following nearly seven years of service at Milkround Online and three years in her previous role.
She said: “I am delighted to be taking on the challenge of Sales Manager at Milkround Online. I’ve been with Milkround for many years now and have developed a deep understanding of the business. I aim to develop and implement a sales strategy that will push forward an already excellent sales team and continue to improve us in terms of the service and products we provide to both our clients and candidates.”
