Michael Young, CEO of MBN Solutions today announced the appointment of Paul Forrest as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the business.
Paul has worked with the business since mid 2012 and joined the board in early 2013 to help the business to define and deliver its strategic goals and to enhance the business’ sector focus. Paul’s background includes senior leadership roles in global advisory businesses in addition to the development of several businesses of his own. This has involved working within fast growth entrepreneurial companies right through to FTSE100 businesses and Global 500 companies around the world on projects ranging from the development of commercial and corporate strategy, operational effectiveness, mergers and acquisitions, value creation and planning for capital events.
Paul is a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts, and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management.
