Tina brings to Rubicon 23 years worth of experience within the local recruitment industry, having worked most recently, as a Customer Development Manager at TeamJobs.

Managing Director Lloyd Banks commented on the recent office extension: “The economy is strong and many of our clients are hiring which has generated a need for us to continue to recruit extra staff ourselves. With a head count of 35 we anticipate steadily recruiting ourselves until we reach capacity here in Poole, which will be at around 45 permanent members of staff.”
