Kellogg Welcomes Samantha Thomas Berry as Vice President, Human Resources for Kellogg Europe

Cereal company Kellogg has appointed Samantha Thomas Berry as Vice President, Human Resources for EMEA.

Ms. Thomas Berry, is originally from Newton-Le-Willows and now lives in Knutsford, Cheshire. She will be responsible for leading the EMEA human resources team through a period of transformation and will support the delivery of organisational objectives.

Thomas Berry has over twenty years’ experience in Human Resources in the UK, Ireland and around Europe, having started her career in HR with Marconi Telecoms, later moving to HR Lead with British Aerospace. Her first role in Kellogg was in 2005 as HR Manager in the Wrexham Plant, followed by a number of further senior roles within the business. Her role as Vice President, Human Resources means that she will join the European leadership team, reporting directly to Chris Hood, President, Kellogg, EMEA. 

Welcoming her appointment, Chris Hood, President, Kellogg EMEA, said: “We’re delighted that Sam will be taking on this new role, she has an exceptional track record and will now play a major role in shaping our organisation to deliver against our business plans. Our people are our most important asset and I’m confident Sam is the right person to help lead our people to success in both our cereal and snacks business units across the region.”

I will continue to work in partnership with our people, to ensure that our organisation is fit for purpose.” 

Samantha attained her qualification in Business Studies at John Moores University, Liverpool and is married with two children.
