Interim Performers, part of VMA Group, has hired two recruits to support its HR and commercial practices. Emma Flaherty joins as senior resourcing partner working with Interim Performer’s Manchester team and James Griffin joins the London team as a consultant.
Flaherty has over eight years experience in recruitment. She previously led a team at Hudson where she focused on placing permanent and interim HR professionals in the northwest region. Prior to that she was with Michael Page and Search Consultancy where she concentrated on placement of senior professionals in the financial, marketing and professional services sectors. She has handled assignments for major blue chip organisations as well as a number of SMEs. Her focus within Interim Performers will be on mid-management to board level Interim appointments covering specialist and generalist HR roles.
Prior to Interim Performers, Griffin was a recruitment consultant at Robert Walters. He moved into recruitment following a seven year career in sales, working as a team leader at Flight Centre and book sales manager at SPG Media.

Emma has a LLB (Hons) from University of Northumbria where she specialised in Employment Law and James has a degree in Politics and Media Studies from Nottingham Trent University.
