GatenbySanderson strengthens its assessment and leadership development practice with appointment of Jody Goldsworthy

Executive search firm GatenbySanderson has appointed Jody Goldsworthy to drive its assessment and leadership development practice. Goldsworthy, specialises in psychometric assessment and leadership development and will be responsible for growing the firm’s assessment and post-hire consulting services.

Formerly a director of consulting at CEB, and head of assessment at Hay Group, Goldsworthy has over 25 years’ experience in assessment and development, having led teams in the UK and EMEA.  She brings extensive expertise in both the public and private sectors and a particularly strong knowledge of psychometric analysis. She will also play an important role helping organisations to digitise their assessment services.
