Futurestep strengthens financial services offering to support growing EMEA talent requirements

New appointment to meet region’s demand for critical talent

Futurestep, a Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) company specialising in high-impact recruitment solutions, has today announced the appointment of Jessica Taylor, who joins its EMEA Financial services practice to support an increased demand for talent in the region.

In her new role as Senior Consultant Financial Services, Jessica is responsible for delivering talent with impact for organisations across a number of key sectors, including Core Infrastructure, Governmental, Institutional Investors, Renewables and Banking. As these markets develop, she will also support Real Estate investments.

Based at Futurestep’s headquarters in London, Jessica will report directly to Richard Shea, EMEA Managing Director of Search and Financial Services Practice Leader.

Richard commented: “As hiring in this sector increases, it is imperative we build our team in tandem in order to meet demand. As an expert in her field, Jessica will add both breadth and depth to our Financial Services offering within our growing EMEA business.”

Jessica added: “I’m delighted to be joining the team and look forward to assisting clients with their talent requirements, whilst helping organisations to balance the gender scales across what can typically be male dominated industries.”

Jessica brings more than 10 years of international experience in developing and building trusted client relationships across the financial publishing sector. Her background provides her with a strong focus on energy and infrastructure across the finance and investment markets.
