Jonathon joins BFS with over 8 years’ experience in leading innovation and creating new business models across a range of industries. Prior to joining BFS, Jonathon worked at HomeServe, where he served as Senior NPD & Innovation Manager. Jonathon has also worked in the product divisions of HSBC and the veterinary charity PDSA.
During his time at HomeServe, Jonathon progressed through the innovation and commercial divisions to lead HomeServe’s efforts to develop new subscription models through IoT technology. He also worked with leading companies, such as Google, Honeywell and tado°, to create innovative solutions for homeowners to manage their heating and boiler performance.
In his new role, Jonathon will be assessing new global markets and product sets for BFS to help support SMEs needs through new innovations. He will also be responsible for assessing and developing new partnerships and business models to help BFS leverage routes into new markets and offer innovative services to new and existing customers.
