The appointment further strengthens the Group’s leadership team and Karen will serve a key management role with responsibility for driving the growth of Ashley Kate HR nationwide.
Skilled in leading complex projects, Karen has delivered numerous change programmes in a variety of environments with multiple stakeholder engagement. These have included acquisitions, diversity and inclusion, legislative change, TUPE, development of L and D programmes, OD and implementing performance management processes.
With extensive experience in recruitment and resourcing across FMCG, Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing and Distribution industries, Karen’s career to date has encompassed strategic human resources operational management and business development.
