ADP Appoints a New General Manager, UK & Ireland

ADP has appointed Sirsha Haldar as General Manager, UK & Ireland.

Haldar has taken up his new role on 17 January 2022 and will lead the UK & Ireland business responsible for over 4,000 ADP clients in the region. He will report directly to the President, Employer Services International (ESI), Virginia Magliulo and will be based in ADP’s UK office.

Sirsha joined ADP in 2000 as a programmer in brokerage services and has held a number client-facing roles, including head of client services, GlobalView South Asia and Head of Implementation, GlobalView India. Most recently he led GlobalView South Asia as General Manager (GM) and was head of Employer Services International (ESI) India Service Centre since 2016. In this role Sirsha was responsible for India service centre that supported all regions and functions of GlobalView, ADP’s cloud-based human capital management (HCM) system along with the UK, Australia and the Netherlands domestic business. Globalview’s key features include payroll processing, talent management, time and attendance tracking, benefits and compensation and tax management.

Sirsha holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from National Institute of Technology, Warangal and he completed Executive Programme in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

“He has also successfully implemented a number of innovative product and service improvement initiatives that resulted in significant improvements for the business boosting growth and productivity. I have no doubt he will successfully lead the team in the UK and Ireland and continue to strengthen the business in the region.”

Sirsha and his family will relocate to Surrey, UK to take up his new role.
