GURU, the flat fee online recruitment specialists have announced the arrival of two new members of staff as they continue to push the firm to its next level of growth.
John Cook as Account Manager will play a key client services role, responsible for the acquisition of talent and managing the campaign lifecycle for Guru’s clients. Cook previously occupied a similar position for Networkers International where he successfully won and managed major accounts that included Sky, Atos Origin, Cap Gemini and Fujitsu.
Robert Baughan joins in a New Business capacity responsible for working at the sales frontline whilst liaising closely with the marketing team to ensure a high level of recognition for Guru’s products and services. Previously Baughan spent 4 years in Digital Media Sales at the publishing company KM Group where he won National Salesperson of the Year and Managed the Sales Team of the Year.
