Sara has worked in recruitment for nearly 30 years - sitting in pretty much every seat from interim recruiter, permanent manager, divisional director and latterly Global Operations Director. She is uniquely positioned to support small businesses whether they are scaling or simply looking for reliable, streamlined processes. She works across the UK, either on specific projects, or providing ongoing support as a Fractional COO.
