Stack Logic

Stack Logic is a systems and automation consultancy working with businesses that have grown faster than the platforms underneath them. The work is mostly integration and custom development: APIs, webhooks, middleware, custom workflow builds and data migration, connecting a CRM to a delivery system, a finance package or a document and signature process so information moves between them without anyone re-keying it.

 

Alongside that, Stack Logic builds and rebuilds on HubSpot and monday.com, which means that on integration projects one supplier is accountable for both ends rather than two pointing at each other across the join.

 

Engagements open with a fixed-price audit of the existing systems and the process they are meant to support, on the basis that automating an unsettled process just paints over the same cracks. Builds are tested in a sandbox by the people who will use them before anything touches live data, and handed over with documentation so the client's own team can extend them.

 

The client base is deliberately small. The person who audits the systems is the person who writes the code.
