Fuku AI was founded to solve a problem we experienced firsthand: hiring is one of the most important decisions a company makes, yet it is still slow, inconsistent, and overly dependent on manual judgment—especially for small and medium businesses.

In Southeast Asia, many companies do not have large HR teams. Hiring managers are expected to recruit while running day-to-day operations, recruitment agencies are costly, and traditional job boards create more noise than signal. We saw that most recruitment tools focus on workflow—posting jobs, tracking candidates—but very few focus on improving the quality and consistency of hiring decisions.

Fuku AI was built as an AI-powered Hiring Operating System, designed to sit at the decision layer of recruitment. Instead of replacing recruiters, we help teams make better decisions at every step—who to shortlist, who to interview, and who to hire—using structured data and AI-driven analysis.

Fuku AI is headquartered in Singapore, with product development and engineering teams in Asia. We currently serve customers across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia, and are expanding into broader APAC and Middle East markets.

Our Singapore base allows us to work closely with regional enterprises, regulators, and partners, while building a globally scalable AI hiring system.
