Ezekia was founded in London by CEO Joseph Blass with a simple goal: give executive search firms software that actually fits how they work, instead of forcing them into rigid, generic CRM systems. What started as a CRM and assignment management tool for retained search has grown into a full platform covering business development, candidate and client management, AI-powered research, and client-facing reporting, all built specifically for the realities of executive search, in-house talent acquisition, and PE/VC talent partnering.
