BenchBee was founded after years of first-hand experience in the IT consulting industry, where our founder, Hassen Hattab, repeatedly saw the same inefficiency: highly skilled consultants sitting idle while other businesses struggled to access the talent they needed. Traditional recruitment models were slow, expensive, and often ineffective. The turning point came when he discovered that some consultancies were already informally sharing talent through private networks, highlighting a clear gap in the market. BenchBee was created to formalise and scale this concept, providing the infrastructure to make talent sharing seamless, trusted, and efficient.

It enables organisations to share pre-vetted consultants between projects, helping businesses turn unbillable bench time into revenue while giving others fast, flexible access to specialist skills without the delays or costs of traditional hiring.
