Under the Equality Act 2010, both employees and partners are protected against direct and indirect discrimination, victimisation and harassment on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.
We advise employers on complying with the discrimination legislation; we draft appropriate policies and offer equal opportunities training.
