Easy to navigate, the chic and minimalist red website provides information about the highest-calibre employers seeking crme de la crme graduate candidates.

As well as detailed profiles of the top employers and top postgraduate university courses, the new website has dedicated sections for Career Advice, Latest News, Events, and a handy overview of Application Deadlines. Candidates can also sign up to specific alerts and email bulletins online - The Graduate now sends regular weekly EMailshot Bulletins to the registered candidates.

The new website lets recruiters post up individual Job Vacancies online. As The Graduate is part of the HotOnline network, any Job Vacancy will also be cross-posted on ALL the relevant websites within the HotOnline spiderweb network of 41 sites. This is the UKís largest network of specialist jobsites (including www.workthing.com, www.jobsfinancial.com and www.planetrecruit.com).

The Graduate Handbooks are published every September, matching elite candidates with the best graduate recruiters. The three industry-specific editions are Technology, Law, and Finance. Each of these features 25 top employers and 8 top Universities. This year, The Graduate will also launch a General edition of The Graduate Handbook featuring 80 top employers. A CV Database search facility is also available, allowing access to high-calibre CVs from the UKís top students. The CV database search facility has also been redesigned so it is easier to use and more efficient. Now it is possible to search by age of CV, keywords, phrases in quotation marks, location radius, and requested salary range.
