Bernard Hodes Group's health care division strengthens western regional team

Bernard Hodes Group, a provider of integrated talent solutions, has announced the addition of Judith (Judy) Russell, BSN, RN, to its award-winning Health Care Division team. Russell will be based out of Southern California, and will strengthen the Companyís health care presence in the Western region.

Russellís expertise stems from more than twenty years of experience in the heath care field, including recruitment and critical care nursing.

Prior to joining Hodes, Russell was vice president of the Health Care Sector/Client Strategy for TMP. While with the agency, she provided strategic oversight and direction, and provided clients with short and long-term recruitment communications strategies. Additionally, she served as editor of the Companyís monthly health care newsletter, Stat Line on Healthcare. Earlier in her career, Russell was nurse recruitment administrator for the Western Region of AMI (American Medical International), where she established and managed recruitment budgets, creative strategies, advertising plans, retention programs and foreign recruitment for 18 hospitals. She is an active member of the National Association for Health Care Recruitment, Association of Nursing Executives (AONE), the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the American Heart Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
