Nicola Marks from Tate Wins ëRecruitment Manager of the Yearí Award

Nicola Marks, Operations Manager for Tate in St Albans, was presented the ëRecruitment Manager of the Yearí Award at the Herefordshire Recruitment Awards Gala, held on Friday 29th June 2007.

The award, sponsored by Network Recruitment, was presented to Nicola for her ability to inspire and energise the team whilst maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. As one of her team says, ìNicola has the ability to make a difficult day an achievable day. She has a wealth of recruitment knowledge and applies this knowledge to her everyday role. The nature of the Recruitment Industry has a ëroller coasterí effect and Nicola is able to guide us through and help us reach our goals.î

Nicola has been in recruitment for 10 years, working at Tate for the last 2.5 years, and has held a managerial role for the last 8 years. Success is a priority for her, as is having a happy, stable team, which she strives towards, on a daily basis. In summary, Nicolaís team say of her, ìNicola is a fantastic manager!
