Northgate HR, the UKís largest supplier of HR, payroll and pensions applications, has announced that it has signed a six year pensions administration contract with Alliance Boots plc (ìBootsî).
The contract, worth in excess of 1.3million, covers the pensions administration services for over 90,000 records of the Boots Pension Scheme. The contract will also cover back scanning of historical records including over 1.4 million paper and microfilm images.
Clive Weston, head of pensions at Boots said, ìWe identified a need to upgrade and improve our core pensions administration system. After investigating our options, we concluded that the most efficient and effective way to do this was to implement Northgate HRís hosted PS Pensions solution, integrating it with the HR and payroll services already provided by Northgate HR. We are looking forward to working with Northgate to provide this solution which will help us maintain our position as a modern, competitive and efficient retailer.î
