The certification ensures that Sterlingís products and services meet international standards for safety, quality, and reliability.

ISO (www.iso.org) standardization requires organizations to implement a Quality Management System that calls for continuous advancement in training and production processes, assuring consumers that products and services are tested at an international level to maintain safety, quality, and reliability. Sterlingís 9001:2000 certification is concerned primarily with quality management, with an emphasis on fulfilling customer quality requirements, maintaining regulatory compliance, and achieving continuous improvement of company performance in pursuit of excellence.
Sterling Testing Systems, Inc. began its ISO certification preparation in March 2006, spending nine months measuring business performance, efficiency, and service in order to improve the standardization of its internal processes. The internationally-recognized TUV SUD Group audited and certified Sterling Testing Systems, Inc. in accordance with ISO 9001:2000.
