The Hiring Management Systems (HMS) division of First Advantage Corporation, a global risk mitigation and business solutions provider, today announced that it has appointed Chuck Armstrong as division vice president of operations. This new position in the HMS leadership team was created to help manage the company’s anticipated growth.
Hiring Management Systems is an important, growing unit of First Advantage’s Employer Services segment, and this expansion of our executive team will help us target and manage our opportunities, said Robert Neveu, executive vice president of First Advantage’s HMS division. I am excited that Chuck has joined the executive team, and I am eager to work with him as we continue to build our business.
Armstrong has 15 years of experience in the software industry, including domestic and international financial management. In his new position, he will be responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of the HMS business. Armstrong earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Management Accountant. His appointment will enable Neveu to focus on domestic and global distribution opportunities for HMS and the balance of the Employer Services segment.
