International Recruiter Huxley Associates have been selected as finalists within the National Training Awards.
The only specialist recruitment company to have made it to the finals, Huxley Associates operate in an industry that has long battled with the problems associated with high staff turnover. In deciding to tackle the problem head on, the company embarked upon an ongoing overhaul of its training and development program.
Particularly concerned about turnover amongst staff with 0-12 months service, the initial phase involved the introduction of a new starter initiative. This initiative concentrated on providing staff with maximum support within their first year and included the 0-12 Month Training Programme, which has earned them their place as NTA finalists.
Huxley Associatesís Operations Manager Zo Brent comments; ìThe improvements seen in employees has been very positive and has affected all areas of our business, far exceeding the expected benefits.
