Increased levels of business through the attainment of a number of high profile PSLís has led Cactus Search, a Management Selection organisation dedicated to the Contact Centre industry, to expand its workforce in itís Midlands based Head office.

Michelle Briggs joins from a specialist Healthcare Consultancy in the role of Candidate Manager and Amanda Chatterton joins from a specialist PR and Marketing Consultancy in the role of Management Consultant.
