Select Appointments announces its first ever Head of Talent

Select Appointments, a national staffing services company specialising in office recruitment, has appointed Alison Kilner as the companyís first ever Head of Talent.

In her new role Alison will be responsible for the attraction of new and the management and development of existing talent within the company.

Alison has been with Select since November 1996, where she has risen from permanents consultant in Borehamwood to regional manager for North London and Hertfordshire. In her ten years with the company, Alison has earned numerous awards for her significant achievements, including Business Manager of the Year twice and the Managing Directorís award for excellence. Alison was also selected as an REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) Manager of the Year finalist.

Alison said of her appointment: Selectís business is all about people, it is for people and by people. My goal is to ensure that our talent is nurtured and encouraged, and that Select is the company recruitment professionals want to work for.
