fish4 to undertake new UK wide press campaign

fish4.co.uk is undertaking a new advertising campaign targeted at over 650 local newspapers throughout the UK.

fish4.co.uk, the UKís largest classified website covering home, cars and jobs, with over 2.5 million unique visitors per month* is undertaking a new advertising campaign targeted at over 650 local newspapers throughout the UK.

The new campaign, which has been created by Intuition Design Ltd, will promote all three fish4 businesses - fish4jobs.co.uk, fish4homes.co.uk and fish4cars.co.uk - and will be backed up by digital activity.

This campaign which has a budget that runs well into six figures, commences on 4th September and will last for seven weeks.

fish4 will be advertising across all the 650 local newspaper titles that are published by its owners. These comprise four of the UKís largest regional newspaper group ñ Newsquest Media Group, Northcliffe Newspapers Group Ltd, Trinity Mirror and Guardian Media Group Regional Newspapers. Leading titles in which the campaign will feature include the Birmingham Evening Mail, Manchester Evening News, the Liverpool Echo, The Argus (Brighton) and the Cornishman, amongst a wide range of other popular local press. This media will enable fish4 to reach 85% of the UK population, ensuring that the fish4 brand is front of mind.

The press campaign for fish4jobs with the strapline ëA job is not just for Christmasí will communicate the wide range of retail jobs available on the site in the run up to Christmas (many of which are advertised as early as September), as well as the wide range of other positions available throughout all seasons.

The advertising activity for fish4homes will communicate fish4ís exciting new text4details service that provides instant information on property that is for sale to mobile phones.

Finally, the advertising activity for fish4cars promotes the website under the strapline ëWe donít just do cars!í communicating that fish4cars is not restricted to just cars, but a wide range of motorbikes, vans, caravans and boats.

fish4 undertake approximately over 20 million worth of local press advertising every year.
