HR Industry Executive Kathy Barton Joins The Adler Group

Appointment Readies The Adler Group for Expansion, Affirms Companyís Unique Methodology

As the labor market tightens and companies refine their recruitment and retention processes, The Adler Group, a training and consulting company focused on Performance-based Hiringsm, today announced the appointment of Kathy Barton, a seasoned HR industry executive, to senior vice president of business development and marketing.

In her new role, Barton will be responsible for fueling The Adler Groupís expansion and increasing market penetration.

Prior to joining the Adler Group, Barton served as senior vice president of marketing and product management for Peopleclick Inc., a leading total workforce acquisition solution provider. At Peopleclick, she led the strategic direction for the companyís product line as well as the companyís branding and positioning. Previously, Barton held vice president level roles with companies such as Sodalia North America (a division of Telecom Italia), The Hunter Group and GE Information Services.

In addition, Barton has served on the National Advisory Board for the Human Capital Institute and is a member of SHRM and IHRIM.
