Private sector recruitment specialist, Richard Pooley is the latest addition to the Rockpools team

Richard specialises in senior financial management recruitment and consulting within the professional services sector. His experience has focussed on hiring Chief Financial Officers, Finance Directors and other senior finance professionals for UK and international clients across a range of industries including media, publishing, transport, FMCG and financial services. He has also worked with many leading consulting, accounting and business advisory firms ñ not only just hiring partners and business heads, but also developing long-term strategic partnerships and providing business market intelligence and insights to help further strengthen these organisationsí human capital capability.

A Law graduate, Richard moved into legal recruitment then investment banking recruitment with a well-known agency. He then spent three years at Ernst and Young, London, which included a year in the management consulting arm. Richard then moved to Norman Broadbent, where he focussed on senior finance appointments and also set up Norman Broadbentís professional services practice, which centred on recruitment for two of the Big Four accounting firms.
