Cheshire-based executive search and selection specialist, Warren Partners, has experienced significant growth in the past 12 months, highlighted by an incredible 40.4% increase in its turnover to 2.8million.

The business strategy, to remain a serious challenger to larger recruitment specialists whilst maintaining exceptional client and candidate care, has seen the Board investing in head count; appointing additional directors, assignment managers, researchers, receptionists and a project manager, in addition to bringing on board an associate, since January 2005. The new recruits have added significant value to the business in terms of improving efficiency and exceeding expectations, which has in turn resulted in the generation of additional fee income. The associate appointment in particular, concentrating on appointments within NHS Foundation Trusts, has attracted much positive interest.

Warren Partners operates in multiple sectors and this financial year it has proactively moved further into the public sector as well as strengthening the targeted focus on marketing and retail and consumer appointments, following the recruitment of ex-Boots and Whitehead Mann executive, Mike Petty, to the team.

The business has recently sponsored the North West 42 under 42 listing, in addition to being awarded Executive Search and Selection Firm 2005 at the annual Recruitment Business Awards.
