Jobpartners launches new version of Activerecruiter to meet customer demands

Jobpartners, the European company of software solutions dedicated to the PRM (People Relationship Management) market, today announced the launch of the new version of its e-recruitment solution, ActiveRecruiter V5.5. ActiveRecruiter has been created to help large organisations increase the speed and efficiency of the recruitment cycle, while reducing costs. This new version has been developed in response to customer demands, a move which demonstrates Jobpartnersí strong commitment to its customers using ActiveRecruiter in 45 different countries.



ActiveRecruiter delivers tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of large organisations which are composed of different business units, and which want to deploy an e-recruitment solution at an international level, commented Frederic Radier, Executive Vice President Enterprise Solutions at Jobpartners. By listening to the demands of our users we have created a new version of ActiveRecruiter that offers more customisation and flexibility than ever before in order to increase ease of use and customer satisfaction. We have maximised the ability to monitor recruitment activity at the group level, and have maximised the customisation of the solution at the individual unit level.

ActiveRecruiter is web-based and provides features such as job posting and searching engines, a scoring engine, evaluation and classification, and pre-selection lists. The solution is used in 22 languages worldwide supporting recruitment activities for multinational companies, such as Xerox, 3, Nike and Carrefour. On average, Jobpartnersí customers experience around 50% savings on their recruitment costs within the first year of using the solution.

Some of the improvements made to ActiveRecruiter V5.5 include enabling customers to create a central user who can easily manage the recruitment process across the whole organisation including different business units, commented Frederic Radier.
