Specific issues to be covered include:
Which sorts of claims are being brought by temps and contractors and how they should be dealt with.
If temps and contractors are deemed to be employees, what are the IR35, PAYE, NICS and VAT consequences?
Will end users face grossed up PAYE and NICS assessments on a retrospective basis?
What are the immigration and Sarbanes Oxley obligations of making incorrect assessments of employment status?
What are the dangers of quick fix responses to risk management?
Which is the best approach to risk management for you?
Can suppliers insure? Are supplier indemnities worthwhile?
Places for the seminar are free of charge.
