Atlantic Benefit Services (ABS) announced today, and invites all interested small and mid-size businesses, to participate in its annual Employee Benefits Survey. This report is expected to be the most extensive survey of its kind, focusing on identifying important business trends in companies with 25 to 1,000 employees throughout New England.
Participants in the survey will receive free access to competitive information, including: benefit costs as a percent of payroll; plan design and premium levels for health, dental, and retirement programs as well as other group insurance programs. Participants will be provided access to the final results at no cost. All company information will be held in the strictest confidence, and individual company data will not be released.
ìNew England is a very different marketplace from the rest of the country in that companies in this region lack the information they need to benchmark their programs against similar companiesî, said Mick Rodgers, Managing Partner of ABS. ìProviding this essential information will assist companies in making more qualified decisions regarding their own benefit options. We believe that we are changing the way New England Businesses are buying their healthcare and other employee benefits, and are committed to sharing this valuable benchmarking with our clients and other participantsî.
Final results will be published on August 8, 2005.
If you are interested in participating in the survey or would like more information, please contact Mick Rodgers at 617-698-2200 or mrodgers@atlanticbenefits.net
