Speed Register is a way for recruiters to gain access to a wider range of targeted new candidates as soon as they register their details on The Changeboard.
It works by allowing recruiters to complete the Speed Register Profile forms specifying candidate profiles that they are interested in (by specialisation, salary, location, etc).
When a candidate visits the site they have the option to complete the Speed Register form, specifying the criteria of roles that they are interested in, attaching their details, CV and contact details. When they complete this The Changeboard instantly produces a list matching them to all the organisations interested in receiving their details. They then have the option to select or de-select the organisations that they would like to send their details to, and instantly submit their details to them.
To help candidates keep track of their applications they are automatically sent an email from The Changeboard with a list for their records of all the organisations that they have submitted their details to, as well as a relevant contact name, telephone number and email address at each organisation.
