Taleo Corporation, the leading provider of on-demand talent management solutions, today announced Veolia Environment’s plans to use Taleo Recruiting™ across the entire organisation to unify its recruiting processes, boost internal mobility and improve HR communication.
Prior to implementing Taleo, Veolia Environment did not have a global recruiting solution. The organisation wanted to implement a single system to enable visibility into all of their recruiting processes, including internal mobility. Veolia Environment selected Taleo for the company’s experience with global projects in large international groups and for the product’s ease of installation and robustness. To date, Taleo Recruiting has been deployed across France, the United Kingdom and the United States, with 500 HR managers and 2400 managers now using the system.
Since going live Veolia Environment has experienced a number of benefits, including:
- Increased communication with candidates, who now have the ability to track the progress of their applications;
- Better talent insight thanks to reporting tools that allow the analysis of resume sources for more intelligent and cost-efficient sourcing;
- Improved HR communication and participation in internal mobility programmes.
