Topaz is previewing the latest version of Topaz EMS ñ an integrated payroll and HR software solution - on Stand 2 at the February Softworld Show, Novotel, London.
In recent months, Topaz has recorded more than 20 competitive sales wins and intends to maintain this pace with well in excess of 100 enhancements - or new features - to the Topaz EMS (Employee Management System) product.
These enhancements or new features include ñ
ï Payment notification ñ using email or SMS, the module notifies employees when they receive wages or expenses, dramatically reducing the number of queries to payroll departments
ï Document management ñ an enhancement that enables paper based records to be scanned, then linked automatically to the appropriate storage area within the employee record
ï Management reporting ñ an intuitive feature which achieves a new level in the analysis and reporting of key HR data using drill down and drill through functionality
ï Published documents ñ providing the ability to relay documents to specific groups of employees and monitor acknowledgements, so making significant timesavings as well as ensuring legislative and statutory compliance
ï Workflow ñ an ultra flexible, event driven module that automates key business processes including sickness and absence management or any change in HR circumstances
