Todays Staffing performance ranked high in client survey

Candidate Quality and Customer Service Results Reinforce Overall Satisfaction Ratings; Ninety-Three Percent of Respondents Would Recommend Todays to Another Company

Todays Staffing, Inc. (Todays), a subsidiary of staffing and outsourcing leader CDI Corporation, announces today the results of their 2006 client satisfaction survey. Satisfaction with Todays overall performance was ranked at 95 percent (satisfied or better) ñ well above the industry average of 88 percent as reported by Staffing Industry Analysts, Inc (SIA) after a February 2006 survey.

The survey, sent to Todays clients in May by an independent third party, had more than an eight percent response rate. The responses and overall results were very positive, with respondents ranking Todays very favorably in candidate quality and customer service.

ìThe survey results reinforce that we are making strong progress in becoming recognized as the high- quality staffing solutions provider,î says Dan Neuburger, President of Todays Staffing. ìWe are extremely pleased with the remarkable ratings our customers gave us overall, and will strive to continuously improve.î

Additional key findings of the survey include:
ï Ninety-six percent of customers are satisfied with the quality of Todays Staffingís candidates
ï Ninety-five percent of customers are satisfied with the level of customer service they receive from Todays Staffing
ï Ninety-three percent of Todays customers would recommend them to another company

Another notable finding was that the survey reinforced the importance of candidate quality. As in previous years, nearly 70 percent of respondents said that quality of the candidate is the most important attribute when choosing a staffing company and it is the key driver of overall satisfaction. This is in line with the recent survey from SIA, which also found that candidate quality is the most important factor in choosing a staffing supplier.
