T.J. International has recently implemented i-tebaís online interactive training software at their state of the art book printing plant in Cornwall. T.J International will now use TalkingHelp and TalkingInduction to train their 145 staff in all aspects of plant operations, ISO14001 environmental management systems and health and safety guidelines.

T.J. International has won many awards for their training and investment in staff including the Egin Award for Best European Learning Company 2003 and the BPIFís Best HR Practice 2004, as well as being highly recommended at the National Training Awards 2004 and the Printweek Student of the Year Awards 2004.

Neil Boucher, T.J. Internationalís IT and Environmental Manager, was immediately inspired by i-tebaís latest software products when they were demonstrated at the Annual SolPrint User Group conference held at i-teba offices in December:

ìAt T.J. International we are always looking for new and innovative software solutions for our business and the new Talking training products immediately captured my interest. By using the Talking software we are now able to offer all our staff personalised online training in any area of our business whether it be fire safety procedures or operating our extensive management information system. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to implement quality training at a low costî.

TalkingHelp and TalkingInduction are the latest release from the Talking software product-range available from i-teba. Both products allow an organisation to set up their own online training course or library, which can then be accessed over an intranet/extranet connection.

Mini-video clips of the Trainer are recorded explaining procedures or documents as they would normally in a class-room environment, whilst relevant information is displayed in the content area on the right-hand-side of the screen.

Talking software allows staff to gain in-depth knowledge about their working environment at their own convenience and can link directly to the live environment, allowing users to put into practice what they have just learnt. Talking is flexible enough to be used in any kind of training environment and requires no specialist technical knowledge or expensive recording studio costs.

TalkingInduction and TalkingHelp is the latest offering from i-tebaís virtual Talking software range, which includes TalkingCV and TalkingJob. More information, including online demonstrations, can be found on our website.
