TipTopJob integrates RSS job feed for jobseekers

Candidates can now choose to have the latest jobs fed onto their desktop with the new RSS feed that has been integrated into TipTopJob

Candidates can now choose to have the latest jobs fed onto their desktop with the new RSS feed that has been integrated into TipTopJob. Not only can jobseekers check the site and receive email alerts, but now they can also have a job feed for their saved searches on their desktop - updated real-time.

Once a job seeker has registered, performed a search and saved it, they will automatically be presented with a URL next to an RSS icon that simply needs to be copied into an RSS reader - it is that simple! TipTopJob do not just provide an RSS feed for a selected market or location like a lot of job boards, but they have taken it one step further to allow the job feed to be customised to be most relevant to the candidate. The format taken allows jobseekers to receive jobs that match their saved searches - so this can be as general (1 market) or specific (a specific skill set in specific town) as the jobseeker desires.

TipTopJob provides advice on how to get the RSS job feed set up to make it easy for users and recommends some RSS readers that can be used.

TipTopJob embraces new technological advances to offer users the products and services in demand and keep up to date with new and innovative developments in online recruitment. RSS is a great alternative to viewing jobs and something that people should experiment with if they have not already done so. It is a lot simpler than what people imagine and it is extremely convenient for job hunters with little time on their hands. They can apply to jobs as soon as they have been registered wasting no time at all and as RSS takes off in the industry, it will no doubt make online recruitment quicker and more efficient for Clients. says Mike Dauncey, Managing Director of TipTopJob.
